Women Who Inspire – Suditi Jindal

Suditi Jindal is an inspiration to every woman who is determined to create a positive impact in the lives of people she comes in contact with.

She is the Founding-Director and Partner of, ‘The Learning Curve Academy’. Her entrepreneurial venture is an example of business with conscience. Her academy offers customised programmes, workshops and sessions to people across all age-groups and strata of society, the common underlying principle being- improving the quality of life while harnessing all the latent potential in the people. The Academy is working on two levels- one with the financially stable class and the other with the underprivileged class of the society. In case of the former, the Academy is addressing issues of unawareness about the potential within every individual, the techniques of harnessing this potential and assimilating these techniques into the daily life for tangible results. For the underprivileged classes, the Academy is offering courses on need-basis like basic English or IELTS at very low prices.

In Suditi’s words, “The Learning Curve Academy does not preach you to live your life differently or in a better way. The Learning Curve Academy acquaints you with your real self and supports you to live YOUR BEST LIFE!”

Her journey started with the acceptance of her manuscript for publishing of her novel ‘Grow Up Moon!’(2012). In 2010 she started taking skill development sessions from home. With time, attendance for the sessions increased and she looked for space outside home.  It took her three months of planning and five months of execution to finally start the Academy in April 2012 at Nayagaon. She very aptly named the academy ‘The Learning Curve’ as it is a catalyst in the process of metamorphosis of people into their higher self. Consistent efforts and guidance, always etch out a rising curve of learning of every kind. Hence, the name was adopted to accommodate the variety of learning envisioned to be offered through the Academy. The popularity of her sessions grew overnight and by the second year of operation itself the response to her work was so stupendous that she alone conducted around 1000 sessions in a year.

The working of the Academy is evolving, improving, improvising and adapting on a day to day basis even today. The Academy takes up every project on a case-to-case basis. So even if there is repetition of work, the content and delivery of the services vary according to the needs of the clients. Her innovative thinking and un-schooled approach are the key to her success.

Beneficial service has always been the motto of the Academy. The Academy is now foraying into publishing books on Life Skills and Campus Placement Enhancement Skills with its colleagues, and collaborating with other trainers and training institutions to further the mission of a better life for all.

Suditi envisions her academy as an established institution in the field of Life Skills training all over India in the next five years.
