Hamari Pari – A Hero MotoCorp CSR initiative.

HERO MOTORCORP has come forward and taken the responsibility of educating and supporting 15,000 girls in their recent Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. Hamari Pari is a concentrated scheme targeted towards the girl child from the age of 6 years and above, and belonging to the underprivileged sections of the society. The endeavour is to help them in their holistic development and support them.

A Step-Up Center and Samarth Girls Empowerment Programme was also inaugurated for the same, a month ago at Valmiki Colony, Dharuheda, in collaboration with Humana People to People, India (HPPI). The emphasis was on education as an imperative cornerstone to survive and progress in this challenging world.

Hamari Pari ensures the completion of primary education for every beneficiary. Fixed Deposit Certificates, regular motivation sessions, guidance camps and many more opportunities are being offered to empower the girl child. A sensitive video with the theme song “Chhodungi na tera haath“ has also been released as a part of the campaign to popularise the initiative.

Such efforts to sensitise the general public about the issues concerning the underprivileged, by socially responsible and proactive multi-national companies such as the HERO MOTORCORP are the need of the hour . Thereby, inspiring everybody to become stakeholders in the progress of the marginalized sections of the society.

Very strongly recommended initiative. In India women empowerment is on papers only. If this will be taken forward with full dedication to empower today’s girls in true sense and 100% efforts this will make a noticeable difference in the society which will lead to make a strong future chain with numbers of strong females contributing towards the betterment of the society. One thing I would like to recommend that there should not be any comfort zone in the entire process certainly a human touch is required. But to fight against all odds is to be taught as one day all empowered women will have to sustain on their own independently. ALL THE BEST FOR THIS GRAND ENDEAVOUR. ……
